MEET RAT THERAPY, a dynamic emo pop punk indie rock two-piece from Sacramento, CA, formed by two best buds, Marc and Connor. It all began in high school, where they bonded over a love of loud guitars and bangin’ drums. After a decade of traveling different paths, they reconnected and spent countless hours unleashing their creative energies.
Drawing on influences from the spirit of punk, pop-punk, indie rock and emo; Rat Therapy’s sound is a blend of driving rhythms, infectious melodies, and heartfelt lyrics exploring themes of mental health, love, anger, and self-discovery.
Music turned to therapy, and thus therapy turned to music, their songs are delivered with the honesty and intensity that only true friends could create.
